How my coaching works
THE FOUR FOUNDATIONS
Most women I work with aren’t short on drive. They’re capable, disciplined and used to getting things done under pressure..
What tends to get less attention is what all of that output is drawing from.
Your health is not separate from the way you work, think, recover, make decisions or handle pressure. And when life gets fuller, the things supporting all of that matter even more.
Inner Architect’s health coaching works across four foundations: Nourishment, Movement, Recovery and Identity.
Before we add another plan, goal or habit, we look at those first.
Why four foundations?
Health rarely comes down to one thing.
Poor sleep changes how you think and recover. Stress changes the way you eat. How you move affects strength, confidence and long-term health. The roles you carry and the expectations you place on yourself influence what gets prioritised when life becomes busy.
These things are connected, yet most approaches deal with them separately.
Inner Architect does not.
The four foundations give us a way to look at the whole picture and work out where your health and resilience need more attention.
01 Nourishment
Food has to do more than look healthy.
It has to support your energy, concentration, recovery, hormones, training and the pace of your day.
We look at how you are eating now, whether you are meeting your nutritional needs, what happens to your energy across the day and whether the way you eat is actually supporting the demands you place on yourself.
There is no interest here in restriction for the sake of it, perfection, or making food another full-time job.
The question is much simpler: is your body getting what it needs?
02 Movement
Movement is about more than exercise.
Strength, muscle, cardiovascular health, mobility and physical confidence all matter, particularly as women move through their thirties, forties and beyond.
We look at what your body needs now, what you are already doing and whether your current approach is building the kind of physical capacity you want to keep.
The goal is not to do more for the sake of doing more.
It is to make sure the way you move is actually contributing to your health.
03 Recovery
A demanding life requires proper recovery.
That includes sleep, but it also includes what happens between periods of pressure, how quickly you come back from a heavy week, whether your body ever gets a genuine break from being “on”, and how much of yesterday you are carrying into today.
We look at workload, sleep, stress, training, stimulation and the habits that either help or interfere with recovery.
Resilience is not the absence of pressure.
It is your ability to meet it, recover from it and still have something left.
04 Identity
This is the foundation most health plans leave out.
You can improve your nutrition, your training and your sleep, but the choices you make are still influenced by who you believe you need to be.
The reliable one. The high performer. The person who says yes. The one who copes. The one everyone else can depend on.
We look at the roles you carry, the standards you hold yourself to, what happens to your own needs when pressure increases, and what matters to you now.
Because health decisions do not happen in a vacuum. They happen inside a life.
THE A.R.C.H METHOD™
How I coach
The four foundations are what we work on.
A.R.C.H. is how we work through them.
Awareness. Regulation. Clarity. Holding.
We first understand what is actually happening rather than jumping straight to another solution. We work on the areas that are keeping you under unnecessary pressure, get clear on what needs to change, and then make sure those changes still make sense once they meet your actual week.
This is not a fixed programme.
Two women can be the same age, have similar careers and describe exactly the same problem, yet need very different support.
The work starts with the woman in front of me.
What makes Inner Architect different to other health coaches?
I am not interested in giving you another programme to become good at following.
I want to understand what is happening across your health, your work, your habits, your relationships and the demands on your time.
That wider view matters.
It means we can distinguish between something that genuinely needs changing and something that simply needs supporting better. It means we can stop adding interventions where they are not needed. And it means the work can change as your health and your life change.
I have spent more than twenty years working in corporate and I still work in that environment today. Alongside that, I have trained across integrative health, women’s health, behaviour and embodied coaching.
So I understand the health conversation, but I also understand what it looks like to try to apply it inside a demanding working life.
That combination shapes everything I do.
What changes?
You become much clearer on what affects you.
You notice sooner when your energy is dropping, when recovery is poor, when your routines are starting to slip, or when you are asking too much of yourself for too long.
You make better decisions around your health because you understand the reasons behind them.
You become physically stronger. Your energy becomes more reliable. You recover better. You stop treating one difficult week as proof that everything has fallen apart.
And you begin to have more capacity for the parts of your life that matter outside the things you are responsible for.
The women I work with are not looking for a smaller life.
They want to be able to live the one they have well.
How we work together
We start with a conversation.
I want to understand what is happening now, what has changed, what you have already tried and what you want to be different.
From there, I take a detailed look at your health, routines, work, responsibilities and the shape of your week. That gives us the information we need to decide where the work should begin.
You receive a clear plan based on what we find, and we work through it together.
What happens between sessions matters. If something works, we keep it. If it does not, we work out why. The work evolves as we learn more about what actually works for you.
I keep my client numbers intentionally small so I know the detail of the work we are doing together.
You should always know what we are focusing on, why it matters and what comes next.
Start with a conversation
You do not need to arrive with a diagnosis of what is wrong.
You may simply know that your health, energy or capacity no longer feel as reliable as they once did, or that the way you are currently managing everything is taking more from you than you want it to.
That is enough to start the conversation.
The Foundation You’re Seeking Isn’t Out There.
It’s already (within) you.
From the Journal
Sometimes, I write quiet reflections, and honest letters from behind the scenes of this work. It’s where I explore the deeper layers of change, share stories from my own health and wellness journey and speak to the parts of you that are tired of surface-level advice. If you’re craving something slower, more soulful, you’ll find it there.

Do you offer custom health coaching plans or flexible support?
Yes. Every coaching experience is tailored to you. The tools, pacing, and practices are adapted based on what you need most. There’s no one-size-fits-all.
What’s the A.R.C.H. Method™?
It’s a trauma-informed, nervous-system-led framework designed around four phases: Awareness, Regulation, Clarity, and Holding. It guides how we rebuild from within, gently, but with structure.
Is this therapy?
No. Coaching is future-focused and action-oriented. While we explore patterns and emotions, it’s not a substitute for therapy or clinical treatment. If you’re under care, you’re welcome here, just let us know so we can work supportively alongside.
Can I join the Becoming Her workshop if I’m not doing 1:1 health coaching?
Absolutely. The workshop is open to all — whether you’re just beginning or already on the path. It's offered live (group or 1:1) with a 30-day replay and a full workbook to support integration. We hold workshops both online and in person in Dubai.
Where are coaching sessions held?
All sessions are held virtually via Zoom, which means you can join from anywhere in the world. My health and wellness coaching workshops are held in person in Dubai and online.
