Our focus the past few days has been the small things that help steady the body when life feels uncertain.

We started with sleep.
Then we wove in gentle movement.
And today is nourishment.

When the nervous system is on edge, the body burns through

This evening we’re weaving movement in.

When things feel uncertain, the instinct for many of us is to stay still. To sit with the news. 

Scroll. Think. Wait.

But the body actually processes stress through move
I’ve had quite a few messages the last few days from people saying the same thing.

“I feel fine during the day… but when I get into bed my mind won’t switch off.”

It makes sense. I think all of us in the UAE feel the
We don’t get dress rehearsals.
No practice run at this life. No alternate version where we try again once we’ve figured it out.

That used to feel like pressure to me. Now it feels like responsibility.
